Jazz/Smooth Jazz is looking for a new home in Austin - Will You Help?
If you live in Austin,  or come in to Austin on business, or you're in Austin
to visit friends and relatives, wouldn't it be nice to have the option of
going out to a club that features "live" Jazz/Smooth Jazz nightly
What could be better then being able to listen to "live" Jazz/Smooth Jazz
5, 6, or even 7 nights a week? It would be a nice option to have,
for both you and your guest.

We are talking, a real jazz club, where the music goes from 9pm until 2am, nightly!
It would be an upscale environment, with a dress code and minimal cover charge.
A small price to pay for great ambience and some great music.

This poll will serve as a petition to help persuade club owners, and show them that changing to a Jazz/Smooth Jazz format is a very timely consideration for the Austin jazz community, and for the impage of Austin as a metropolitan area in general.
Our goal is to be able to be to persuade one club owner to change their format.
If we can, we want to persuade a total of three (or more) club owners to change
to a Jazz/Smooth Jazz format .
This will give you the choice of going to one club, or the other,
This will also result in creating rotation for the Austin jazz musicians.
In case you were not aware of this fact, there are literally thousands of jazz
musicians in the Capital City who would welcome this change.
This creates a healthy competition between bands.
Who comes out the winner?  YOU, the listener
The clubs win, the bands win and all of us, the jazz aficionados of Austin win.
Over all it is a win, win situation.
In order to do this, WE NEED YOUR HELP!   And please, tell your friends!
The more emails we collect, the stronger the petition, the sooner this will get done.
